Welcome to our farm. We’re a family run business, where the health and happiness of our animals is ingrained into the pride we have of working with them.
We returned to the family farm, where Will’s family had been farming cattle for over 100 years, selling predominantly to the supermarkets, to only selling our beef direct the the public.
Our business has grown from strength to strength and we now produce more dry aged beef than anyone in the area.
Over the last 11 years we have focused our attention on Farmers Markets in London with established stalls from the King’s Road in Chelsea to the Southbank near the London Eye.
Our team carefully butcher and prepare the meats where we specialise in seam cutting the carcass to provide not only a higher quality product, but also more unusual cuts from around the world and cuts of meat from yesteryear that are slowing coming back into fashion.
